Minitool Micro-Tools are the smallest available precision instruments
for laboratory and production use. Micro-Tools are available
in 32 different tip configurations with interchangeable tool handle.

LOW
COST MICRO-MANIPULATOR MODEL FX-115
The FX-115 three axis micro-manipulator is essential where
hand held
positioning of micro-tools is very difficult and where cost
is a factor.
The model FX-115 employs a dovetail movement for each axis.
A
spring type tool clamp mounted to the top of the x-axis assures
speedy installation
or removal of micro-tools.
Model FX-115 is supplied with a small magnetic stand (FX-115-02)
and mounting
post. Also available
is the FX-115-03 adapter.

MANUAL MICRO-MANIPULATOR MODEL FX-116
The
FX-116 three axis micro-manipulator provides safe and efficient
positioning of minitool
micro-tools.
All three axis have vernier readings graduated in 0.1 mm. The X-axis, which holds the tool clamp
with micro-tool, has an additional fine movement with 0.01
mm graduation. The
Stand FX-116-01 has a dovetail adapter and mounting post.
The optional adapter FX-115-03
can also be used.

MANUAL ULTRA
PRECISION MICRO-MANIPULATOR
FX-118
The world patented precision micro-manipulator Model FX-118
employs a unique differential lever system for smooth movement
of each of its three stages, X, Y & Z.
Each of the three stages is controlled by two independent
micrometers for rapid or fine advancement of each stage.
An optional tilting device (FX-113) has micrometer controlled
tilting in two additional directions.
An optional micro-tool holder (FX-118-01) is available
which can be mounted to either the Z axis of the manipulator
or the FX-113 tilting device.
Also available is an optional adapter (FX-115-03), which
holds all available micro-tools.
