SCRIBING TOOLS WITH PRECISION PIN-VISE HANDLE |
The PV-081 Series of diamond scribing tools are bent and straight tipped
scribes (from .010" to .020" diameter) which fit into our precision
pin vise handle ideal for positive precision control in handling and tool
manipulation. All diamond scribing tools have a .80mm (.030")
diameter mounting shank.

PIN VISE HANDLE PV-081 & .50mm & .25mm DIAMOND
STYLUS |
This high precision pin vise handle is machined from the finest
material. It is light
weight and versatile, with a precision drawbar for positive collet
chuck clamping. The 8mm (.31") hexagonal barrel dimension
by 100mm (4") long, (overall length is 115mm fully assembled)
has a knurled finger grip for positive precision control in handling
and tool manipulation. Supplied with a standard collet chuck
(bore diameter 2mm (.078") which fits knife blades and special
tools - and collet adapter (bore diameter .8mm (.030") for diamond
stylus chucking.

The S-078 diamond
scribe is the ultimate scribing instrument for delicate work.
The diamond mounting is .8mm diameter with a
reduced shank size of .5mm or .25mm diameter which holds the diamond
stylus. The natural diamond has a 60 degree included angle and a .012mm
tip radius. It is available
in a straight or bent configuration. |
